My detox went much better than the fear I had about it. The doctors and nurses are so professional and have deep compassion for all patients. Now that this is complete I’m going to the next phase at Resolutions so I can continue with my treatment. This has been an awesome experience and I am so glad I chose Oxford Treatment Center to get the help I sorely needed for my addiction.

It took me about a week to adjust some and get my head a little clear. After that I really started to apply what the counselors were teaching me and that’s when I started to notice a difference in my sobriety. Super thankful I came to this beautiful place and I’ll be forever grateful. Some people complain about the food but I’m just appreciative that there’s a caring kitchen staff who serve us 3 hot meals a day plus snacks. I had a good stay here even with a bad attitude for my first couple of weeks. Jarome my counselor was great and my case manager Tiffany was great to. I had so much chaos going on on the outside that at times it was difficult to concentrate but my experience here overall was beyond what I expected. Food was good and the TAs are awesome.

When I showed up for treatment here I was the most angry person in the world and the nurses just loved me through all of my madness. I had complaint after complaint but what I finally realized was that was my addiction running my life like it has for years. Being at Oxford treatment Center has given me a chance at a new life and I’m so thankful for my awesome counselor Joanna who was always so kind even when I wasn’t always at my best. Today I can see that I can live a life in recovery without using drugs.

First I’m so thankful that this facility took me in and helped save my life. I’d like to especially thank my counselor Corann for taking her time with me and providing me the necessary tools to be successful. Also a special shout-out to Joanna in Art therapy and Hannah in music therapy because they’re the best. I’d also highly recommend Oxford treatment center to anyone who needs help.
