My stay at otc was extraordinary and I feel so blessed and refreshed all at the same time. The friends I’ve made here are amazing and we connected almost immediately due to our same suffering from addiction. The literature says we are one of a kind and I’ve found that to be true. I really enjoyed the accommodations and the food was always good. The kitchen staff is so understanding and asks for our input regarding meals. I'll be recommending Oxford for sure. No place is perfect but at least I can say that the employees here care about your sobriety.
Coming to terms that I’m an alcoholic was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but it’s been very rewarding because now I’m free to grow as a human being. Being at Oxford treatment center has been fantastic and I feel accepted for the first time in my life by people I don’t even know but it feels as though I’ve known them my entire life. Being at otc is the best feeling ever and best decision I’ve made in several years. Everyone is so supportive and kind.
Excellent facility staff and environment
I have no other choices other than to take full advantage of my opportunity because I really believe I don’t have another chance at sobriety so I’m making the most of being here. Everyone has been extremely helpful and I really love how the different therapists do the group work throughout the day. I’m here to learn and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I’ll be recommending otc to a few friends who need help as well.
I’m definitely learning that to be fully in sobriety takes great effort and commitment and that’s something I haven’t done for most of my life but now I’m willing. I really appreciate the nurses and TAs for all their hard work and for helping me like they have.
I’m pleased thus far with my treatment experience and I truly believe that the majority of the staff here are in this thing for the right reasons.
