Shout out to Rafael and Davey on the maintenance team. They are unfortunately short staffed (not their fault) but always on point and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime I have an issue, they are quick to remedy it. Always with great attitudes and work ethic. Someone needs to get these men a bonus and raises. They hold down the whole complex on their own in regard to maintenance. My washer went down late Monday night and they were here first thing Tuesday and stayed until it was fixed. Carmen was amazing!!!! She was professional, responsive and patient. She walked us straight to the apartment we wanted to view!! The grounds were beautifully kept. She also showed us multiple apartment choices and layouts. The quality of each apartment was top grade!! The finishing were all modern. We are excited about our choice and would highly recommend these apartment homes..

Love the location and the customer service. The property is a new one and it is convient but away from all the traffic. Close to shopping and the college. The paint color is modern and the pool is amazing, love all the colors.

I recently moved into the Oxmoor Apartment Homes, and thus far management as well as the maintenance department has been great. The Oxmoor is located in a secluded area and very quiet. My concerns are that a new complex development is being built adjacent to the Oxmoor Apt/Homes causing more congestion on the strip and possibly the increase noice.

So I've lived here for over a year and a half. I was shocked to read the other reviews. I'm not one to post, but my goodness these other review make it sound like I'm living in a third world country. Sure, there's always gonna be something that isn't done your way. Face it folks, that's always gonna happen. I have had no problem with thin walls, noisy, or snobby neighbors. Trash pickup is spotty at best,dumpster is frequently overflowing especially around holidays which has created a huge pest problem with raccoons frequently seen all over the property even in the middle of the day. Maintenance requests go un addressed for long periods of time. Our ceiling collapsed as a result of the empty apartment above us flooding from a busted pipe and after the drywall spread across the apartment we started seeing roaches daily which we had never seen before. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Worst Rental Experience EVER! Unsafe environment even though it's in Oxmoor. My son found himself in the middle of a shootout while taking the trash out. This incident was the last straw for us as tenants. We had to deal with many unacceptable conditions living at Oxmoor Apartment Homes and we could not take it anymore and had to move out.
