Here we go again. They just can't get their act together. Now 1/3 of the gym equipment is broken and has been for weeks. They refuse to spend the money to have a professional come in to repair the broken stations. In addition, the one trash can is overflowing onto the floor. Can't even be bothered to empty it.

if I could give 0 stars I would. the office staff are rude especially Lisbet Fernandez and the manager Jaime Davidson. so they charged me over $1900 on an apartment that I applied for. I decided to not move in and I gave them almost 2 months notice. This place could be so nice. Next to Oxmoor Farm, but it is just trash. The trash compactor is broken more often than it works. I was moved out of my apartments because the bathroom required repairs due to a leak from the apartment above. I move out and get charged for the damages from their leak. Honestly I think it was to make up for the fact that I refused to pay a $500 transfer to another apartment. Trash is everywhere. The exterior ceiling is falling in front of my apartment door. This is the worst place you could possibly choose to live in Louisville. We have had countless issues living here and are so happy to be gone. First of all, in the 12 months that we lived here, the staff went through 5 different managers. When we moved in, the apartment was absolutely filthy, the blinds were broken, pieces of the doors were missing. (The blinds were never replaced for us like we were told they would be.) I used to love living here. The area is amazing. We decided to stay one more year and it has been the worst decision. They have closed down the pool more than it's been open, and yes, we still pay for the dumb reasons they close it. We have currently been out of AC for a week and you think they will give a crap about it? NO. If you want to live where your rent gets higher each year along with the crimes (car jacking, breaking in, murders) this is your place!

I am a traveling nurse and have recently moved into the Oxmoor apartments provided by my company. My trailer, which was used to transport my motorcycle, was stolen during my first weeks at the apartments. During the weeks that followed, I had many sleepless nights worrying that my motorcycle would be the next to be stolen. If that wasn't enough of a reason to want to leave. While I had four weeks left on my contract and was eager to extend it. There was a double homicide in the apartment next door.

these are the worst apartments ive ever stayed at!!!! los peors apartamentos porfavor no se queden aquí. if i could give these apartments -stars i would in a heart beat. these apartments deserve to go to court and be sued. since the first day moved in we began having problems. we had mice!!! mice!!! twice. and they never did nothing but send pest control about 2weeks after the fact. so we had to take matters in to our own hands. The sister property Prospect Park is just as bad. The manager complains about my dog yet Jessica, the manager, has at least a 60lb Pitbull. not only is her dog overweight but also the number one dog on the forbidden list. How does she get away with having a pitbull and my lab is against the rules? Makes no sense. Since she became the manager she has had 7-8 employees and they've all quit. They have lots of turnover.
