Don't move here it's awful ... they get you in then treat you like nothing. They take your money tell you we will find a solution just to get you out the door..

We lived at Oxmoor for 1.5 years. During that time we had spotty internet that didn't work most of the time. We had to pay for trash pick up, which seemed great upfront, however a lot of time our trash was left sitting outside of our apartment, the trash pickup hours seemed to change often. You will be charged an extra service fee monthly if your trash is not set outside in a trash can..however our trash can kept getting stolen..and we were still charged the fee multiple times. Grounds are rarely cleaned. Maintenance takes forever. someone near my unit smokes like a chimney and it seeps through my bathroom. I can't even sleep in my bedroom anymore because of it. Office does nothing. Neighbors have a domestic dispute every weekend.

We've lived here for over a year. We just resigned our lease & honestly wish we hadn't. You have to pay for trash pick-up, which at first was great, but ours has been left outside our door more often than not, and there's no way to remove the payment from monthly rent. Utilities shot up in price without warning to ridiculous amounts (more than what my parents pay for their much larger house). You have to pay for "community wifi" and are not given an option to bring in your own. It's spotty at best and we can't get our device... read more

We moved there in April 2017. At first maintenance was Johnny on the spot. But as time went on, they stopped caring. In the end they stopped fixing important things. The rent payment should be lower for the quality of apartment that they are offering. Had a few rowdy neighbors last year and called the courtesy officer and to my knowledge they never showed up and addressed those neighbors. The pool rarely opened. I work as a contractor, travel for work, and utilize short-term leases. My wife and I made appointment and drove from out of state to see apartment at Oxmoor. Lady in office was leaving and said we weren't listed for a viewing. Told her we drove in from out of state, but she was not interested in staying to show. Had to sign lease for a base apartment online sight unseen. They called us 2 days before we were to move in and said our apartment wasn't ready. I have lived here since July and I've had maintenance issues ever since I moved in. I've had many issues, but the most recent issue is I am paying $100 a month for a garage. My garage hasn't worked for two weeks. I desperately need to get into my garage and I can't. I have called at least 8 times and put in multiple requests to have it fixed. No one will return my call. My car was broken into here at oxmoor apartment homes. Our neighbor had his whole truck jacked up and put on cinder blocks and wheels and tires removed. Another guy had windows busted out. My neighbor on the second flood told me she and her fiancé returned from the bar one weekend and she went back outside to get something from her car and there were two or three guys hiding in the bushes. I wish I could give less than one star. I am so angry! A family illness required me to end my lease two months early to move to another state. I advised the office. They rented my apartment before I even left. They had all of my contact information. After almost a year, my father received a letter, addressed to me, from a collection agency! No effort was ever made to reach me! I have not lived with my father in over 50 years! I am livid!
