Great experience overall. Friendly staff and good quality work. My only concern would be the travel/commute for clients that reside outside of Vancouver.
I just received a semi permanent hair piece as I was loosing a lot of the hair on the top portion of my head. The piece I received is incredible, I have amazing thick, full awesome hair, in fact it's even better than the head of hair I had growing up. As it is real hair, it looks and feels as such. The staff is friendly and helpful. They took the time to discuss what would be best for my situation. They offer you drinks and magazines while you are waiting. The new office has a pleasant atmosphere with private rooms to make you feel more comfortable. When my former salon could no longer provide the service I needed, I was thrilled to find Pacific Hair.
Just the best experience ever. I almost cried I was so happy with the results, this team is not only highly skilled and professional they are also warm, kind, genuine people. The colour matching was so bang on it's literally impossible to tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. Highly recommend, they changed my life in such a positive way, one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Excellent customer service - they respond to emails promptly, they always greet you and offer you a drink when you arrive, and they explain everything well. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the hair pieces and, after a year, mine is still looking great! :)
