I can't say enough good things about this service. The staff are just lovely. They are very patient and kind. I don't even know where to begin! Pacific Hair has given me my confidence back! I contacted Pacific Hair about 2 months for a consultation appointment. Came in for the consultation that was done by Fanta. She was awesome, very knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. She was very helpful and accommodating, I had told her I was going on holiday and would like the installation to be done before leaving but I still wanted to think about it. The semi-permanent wig application is amazing! The installation is a bit irritating but is extremely tolerable. My consult visit, and then the application visit, went smoothly and the Staff is super friendly and very informative- answering all my questions and joking with me each visit. I had a question about the 'track' maintenance and emailed the Staff on a Saturday and received an answer almost immediately- great follow up! Pacific Hair and all the people involved with my transformation were amazing! It was an impeccably clean surrounding and incredibly comfortable. This is a phenomenal company to work with! This review is five months overdue, but better late than never.
