Person at the reception has no courtesy of customer handling. Always throwing their policies on the face of the customers. Our policies say this, our policies says that for small things which can be fixed with just a conversation they make it like i need to hire a lawyer to speak with them. I had a very unfortunate experience at this business and it cost me an enormous amount of money. I have been wearing wigs for 12 years and the wig I got from Pacific Hair was by far the worst. They advertise 'bleached knots and an invisible hairline' on their website however, none of this was true for my wig. When I asked why this wasn't the case for my wig I was told by the manager 'that only applies to about 10% of our clients.' I found this to be extremely deceptive. I came to Pacific Hair because I really wanted a positive change. I was tired of spending so much time on my hair, I even mentioned this to them at my initial consultation.
