My review starts off with a "no sale." I e-mailed dealerships that I wanted to deal with a list of the options I wanted on a particular model. No response from Pacific. I decided to go to Pacific for service due to proximity to where the car is parked during business hours. The first visit was wonderful, Chris H. was incredible and helpful. If there was an option to give no stars even that would be too many for this shady company. We have never experienced such poor customer service in our lives. We will be sure to let everyone in the military community that we are affiliated with to NEVER purchase a vehicle from Pacific Nissan. Horrible customer care. Good experience with salesman but once it was out of his hands, things continually went down hill. Now I'm paying for something that they still have on the lot. Horrible administration. Save your time, shop elsewhere.

Pacific Nissan put our lives in danger by not tightening the lug nuts on our vehicle - and have been unsatisfactory in dealing with repairing the damage. I DO NOT recommend their service. Your life is worth more.
PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO AS MANY AS YOU CAN! A junior Sailor that works in my command just got completely ripped off by Pacific Nissan. He bought a car from them five days ago, after five days they called him and told him that they couldnt finance him as per the terms in the contract that both parties signed. So they told him it would be possible if he brought over 3k for more down payment. My issues are many with this dealer and the way they handled these issues. First off the one key they gave me with my purchase broke within a month, I called the Manager to see if I can get new one "We can offer you our discount but the cost would be $200 with that discount" ummm no thank you. I looked on my own and found a locksmith that made me a brand new key for $62.00! Some discount they offered. I let that go. Then a year later my hatchback just stopped opening.
