If you'd like to bring your car in for service, only to have them give your car to the wrong customer (who takes your car, knowing it isn't there's), Pacific Nissan is your place.
Bad communication. Service team is no good and has no patient. They failed to tell me different between diagnostic fees and warranty. The supervisor came out with " you want some from me altitude" while he was explaining that the fees is refundable if I'm actually having transmission problems. This is after I came there the third times. I have transmission warranty till 2020. He was so rude and impatient and commented that his guys will not work for free and he don't have time for me. Don't sell your car here!! Here it is 7 fucking days later and I've been here 5 times to sign and resign and resign the paperwork to transfer my car title to them. Every single time they have promised to get my check and every single time they say they can't print it. Is it that fucking difficult to change a title over? No, it's simple. They keep having me sign it over and over because they don't know which lines I need to sign. Wtf??? You buy and sell cars, that's the only thing you do!! Really disappointed with the service. Costumer service is definitely bellow par. I had a really bad experience leaving my car to get fixed at Pacific Nissan Body Shop. I paid way over my deductible for car rental because a couple extra days with the car, and I had this gentleman named Dave Rodriguez coming to my work embarrassing me in from of everyone asking everyone if they know me, and then repo the rental car from me, he treated me such as a thief. TERRIBLE. Where do I start. 1. They glued weather stripping to my car twice (to fix it) instead of replacing. 2. They did not align my car when I brought it in to be re-alligned. Thus making it worse and wasting 4 hours of my time. 3. I'm now here getting it re-alligned and it was said to be done at a certain time so I came back and it's not done. Hasn't moved and hasn't been fixed. I don't know what you guys are doing but get your head out of your a**
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Nothing but slick-sounding sales people that make promises they cannot keep, and waste hours of your time in the process. Will not be returning to this dealership for anything - including service or future purchases.
WARNING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I applied for finance online, so I didn't sit there for 4 hours, I still had to do that, I don't have the best credit, I was upside down on my car. But they said they got me approved with a pretty decent deal. So they gave me the keys to the car and I drove off. One week later I come back in and they tell me that they can't get me the deal that we signed on the contract. They raised the monthly payments and the interest rate.
