I want to thank you for the tour today and information about Pacifica. It is a lovely community, my daughter kept saying all the way home how "beautiful" it was. I am definitely hoping things fall into place, so that I can relocate there in the very near future.

My father is leaving the community in order to move to the mountains of N. Carolina to be closer to family. He has enjoyed the accomodations at Pacifica San Martin. Much more though, he has appreciated the meaningful relationships that he has developed with staff whom has taken such wonderful care of him. Please pass to your team members our most heartfelt gratitude for their good humor, loving care and attention, especially during this most difficult time of Covid-19 era.

I am 95 and moved here from L. A area about 6 months ago. I'm having a good time living here, the food is delicious and I'm learning to walk without assistance again! The people are real nice, and I am very happy here! What else could I need?

We toured this facility and although slightly further than we desired, it more than made up for it. {Name removed], our guide, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. The facility was rather new and extremely well maintained. It appeared to have a wide variety of activities in clean well lit areas. The respite room with its high ceiling and appointments was more tan you could ask for. I would strongly encourage anyone to tour this facility.

I moved to Pacifica San Martin as one of the youngest here. It's a very friendly environment. Food is good. Could be more variety sometimes but it's all been good so far! I have been here for 3 months and feel very comfortable and safe, just what I was looking for. I am very happy here1

We had to move my mom at the height of the Coronavirus as we could not move to the care she needed. When we arrived, we were greeted by so many kind people that work there and other residents too! It made us feel like we made the right decision and my mom is very happy there. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living San Martin.

Let me qualify that we've not had experiences with other communities, and our entire experience at Pacifica was during Covid. But I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, especially the receptionists. The director was a good communicator. They were very, very good to my loved ones here. On the memory care side, the aides were very attentive. They continued to have activities in their gathering room to help with memory care specifically. My husband and I toured Pacifica San Martín and was very impressed by the sincerity and friendliness we experienced. The rooms look a little different because of Covid than they normally do which was explained to us. But can still tell it is a beautiful community. There was an activity going on when we toured which was great to see. Everyone seemed very happy and involved that was there !
