Initially, the salesperson [name removed] at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville contacted me and was very friendly. She answered all of my questions, about both financial and care. I made arrangements to take a tour and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We met with some of the staff and were able to see how they interacted with the residents. This was the only facility I toured that had an enclosed courtyard. My mom is able to go out whenever she likes and take a walk on her own. The cottages are setup like homes and are very comfortable.

The staff is nice and friendly at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville. I've been there so often, they know my name. The housekeeping is good. We once asked to have the room floor mopped and the cleaning crew did it right away. Laundry is done at night. On occasion, my dad gets an item that isn't his. We just give it to a care giver. Not an issue as far as we are concerned. Dad's name is on everything that belongs to him. Communication with the family is good. All the staff are caring and will go out of their way to make your family member comfortable. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. [name removed] shared a room with another gentleman in memory care and there was plenty of space for the both of them.

It is beyond impressive touring this memory care home. From administration to the cottages to the enclosed courtyard and walking paths this is a cozy safe homelike environment. The fore mentioned has to require a well oiled machine (staff) working together 24/7 to maintain the quality of life and quality of care that is so obvious here. The entire staff is very friendly and compassionate. All of the meals were cooked by the staff with plenty of variety. The facility is clean with a very comfortable community area. We have no complaints and it's a great value relative to other facilities that we looked at. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

I was looking to see if this is a good fit for my mother with Dementia see how the house is set up in the center is sitting tv tables gathering for the residents and care givers I liked they could see all the rooms while in the center with residents I feel it would be a good place for my mother

My review of the Pacifica Senior living is to communicate what a warm and fun environment it is for the residents. Our houses are unique in that the residents have a large courtyard access to each house. Outside activities are featured when the weather permits and a common place the residents sit and chat with their friends from all of the houses. The nursing staff is excellent and the Resident Care supervisor is top notch. A new Executive Director is in place and has many years in various levels residential care.

Unique cottage style community with an outdoor space for seniors to walk around in a locked environment. Seniors can visit their neighbors within the community . Happy hours are fun in the courtyard. The homelike set up offers the opportunity to staff to see the seniors witching an eyesight view.
