The executive team is very timely with responses and is readily available. Staff is always very friendly. Some turnover (head of the care team left ). Getting the prescription service set up as been slow and we've been surprised by meds running out and us having to manage last minute refills. Hoping that is on track now.

Definitely would 100% recommend to others. I was asked what I was looking for in a home for my aunt as well as our budget. I was then given a few options of homes that met the criteria. I chose two homes to start with as to not overwhelm my uncle since putting my aunt into a home was weighing on him. We both really liked the second home we visited and contracted with them. My mom is not quite ready for this level of care, but the staff was very kind and this may be an option for us as my mom progresses in her dementia journey.

Turn seems to happen too often. There are a lot of care givers that don't speak English (or pretend they don't). Med techs are wonderful. Food isn't. For me it seems like they can't keep good qualified staff.

My father has just passed the 2 year mark since entering the facility. Since [name removed] and her newly appointed staff have recently assumed management and supervisory positions at the facility, my father is now receiving consistent thorough and compassionate care from all the staff. My family is so thankful for making my father's final home so comfortable and safe. Kudos to [name removed] and her team at Vacaville Memory Care.

The resident care staff are extremely kind and caring but they have recently had a change in the some of the Administration staff and don't get a good vibe from them. The food was not good for quite awhile but is getting better. The large group activities are great but unless they are outside (wonderful area) not very many residents get involved. they have a new activities director so it has gotten better. I would definitely give 5 stars across the board. Excellent facility, grateful for the care they provided. [name removed], the director is wonderful. Every person working there treated every resident as a family member. Rooms are very nice. She had a twin bed, dresser and small sink/wash area. Every month they invite families to join the residents for fun gatherings. They have a great salon on site too.

My wife has Been a resident of [facility removed] for the past 8 months, all I have for the staff at this facility is praise, they carry out their duties in very efficient way, they show compassion and efficacy many and are very tender with their charges. The food given to the residents appears to be nutritious and is served in a pleasant way and the resident is not forced to eat, the table is. not left dirt and if they want more staff does everything to fill their wants. The compassionate care in this facility is immeasurable. The caregivers are exceptional! I was always confident in the choices made for my loved one! Although I don’t think he appreciated being away from home!
