Excellent service with personable attention to me and loved ones. They offer a warm and inviting environment where people feel comfortable. I now my parents are safe and well taken care of as the staff exhibits attentive and dedicated attitudes toward my loved ones. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy in the work that they do. I am very pleased with the care my mother has received over the past year. She has Alzheimer's and has been at Pacifica for over 4 years now. There have been many ups and downs over the years, many mgmt changes, but things have settled down nicely now. Everything seems to be running more smoothly and consistently under the current director. The current caregivers are attentive, hard-working and very good. However, turn-over is quite high. All the Staff is very well organized around the facility. There is five houses around the community with a large patio for residents to walk and enjoy the nature. I work in many others facilities but this place is by far the most organized and clean. The residents also look happy and the staff does a wonderful job with their hygiene.
