The experience has been very smooth everybody on the customer service line, and even the helpline for technical service has been very helpful. In the way of assisting me in my situation. Besides the monthly phone calls, I was able to watch my debt disappear on the online portal and was getting excited every day that it was getting closer to being paid off. Im very happy that the program has been success.
