I have been pleased with each representative Ive talked with all very helpful. They have answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Just one or two things that I was not aware were the fees being charged and time it is taking to get settlements on all my creditors. Ive been with them since November 2022 and only one creditor so far with a settlement. Overall they have done what they said they would do. We will see in the next few months how many creditors will have settlements.
They are professional and courteous. I haven't had any major issues. Follow up on account status could be a little better, but overall I'm satisfied.

Great service, most of the representatives I spoke to, displayed characteristics of servant leadership such as listening and empathy. They make you have a good feeling as you navigate the murky waters of debt. First was very impressed with attention given by agent when first enrolled. Very professional etc. After 3 months came to find out this individual was strictly a commissioned salesman. Became very apprehensive until I spoke with ***************************** who took over an hour reexplaining the program lowering my payment and restoring my faith in this program .SHE WAS FANTASTSIC .
