I filed a complaint against this company because I sent a check for over ***** dollars in August 2022. I was asked why I didn't get the Regular deposit of my monthly fee which was about 500 dollars per month. I felt since I had paid such a large amount to settle my debts that I couldn't pay the additional 500 dollar fee.
