I was not satified with service this company offer upon canceling their program I loss after 5months only one settlement was obtain and I was paying ******.they add on fees so that only ****** was refunded to me. Should be zero stars. Illegal. Paying themselves 27.5% of larger fee to do something that takes less than 5 minutes. I have paid over 6000 dollars and they negotiated only 1 card for me. I withdrew from the program and they refuse to refund me the fees they already took for cards that they have not paid. Disgusting. Literally scamming the people who need their money the most. Absolute scam. I signed on with them only after I was GUARANTEED to qualify for a debt consolidation loan (called Fresh Start loan) after 6 months of consecutive, on-time monthly payments. The loan would have paid for my settled debts up front, once negotiated, and then I would pay them back the same monthly amount (but with a credit score that would improve much more quickly because my accounts would no longer be listed as delinquent). If you are considering choosing a debt consolidation company to help with high-interest debts do not choose Palisade Legal group. They charge enormous "performance fees" and take all the money up-front. They will not negotiate settlements with your accounts for many months partially because they take performance fees from initial monthly payments rather than pay creditors.I write this review to save others.Choose a better and more ethical company such as *************************

Im requesting a refund from the Palisades Group They totally misled me and it really misled me and really messed up my credit. They said it would take 3 to 4 months to resolve my cases. I managed to do it in 10 minutes for nothing theyve collected $1800 for me approximately claim to have settled one case one payment of $25 and they only want to give me $12. Like many individuals, I got into a lousy debt situation due to a separation and was in over my financial head. I was contacted by Palisade Legal Group, PLLC (Silver Lake on the mailing) and they informed me that they worked with the government to consolidate debt for people like me. They determined "manageable" payments (which were less than the monthly payments I was trying to make) and stated specifically that this would keep me from legal issues such as judgments being filed. So far, my experience with this company has been terrible. I just sent out an email to my representative because I want to cancel my contract with them. Their communication is terrible. When they call, they leave a (949) area code number that goes directly to voicemail when I call back.I am hoping to cancel this contract fairly soon and move on to *****************. Save time and money and read reviews before you contact a debt consolidation company.
