So far, my experience with this company has been terrible. I just sent out an email to my representative because I want to cancel my contract with them. Their communication is terrible. When they call, they leave a (949) area code number that goes directly to voicemail when I call back.I am hoping to cancel this contract fairly soon and move on to *****************. Save time and money and read reviews before you contact a debt consolidation company.

Warning: do not do business with this company - no one is on the same page. I went to them for a consolidation over a year ago and only settled one account, which cost me 27.5%, Which was taken out of escrow immediately, leaving no money to settle the other account. Then they have the nerve at first telling you to pay xxx per month to escrow, and that is all that would be needed to work with creditors; well, that is not the case. I would give no stars if I could. First off, this place took $828.00 from me. They said that they would contact my creditors for me. I was also told that I should change all phone numbers to theirs. I was told i could cancel at any time. All true, accept the contacting of my creditors. I signed up for this in September 2022. I have made four payments to Palisades legal group so far. Nothing has been done, except ruining my credit score be on a man's in a ball where I could've taken care of this myself. They have not made any payments to my to creditors that they're supposed to be helping me with. When I initially signed up with this company, like they say on BBB, the customer was fully informed, I find that to be very untruthful. I was not informed they charge a percentage on all accounts settled, based on the original debt amount; not the based on the amount they save you (as should be). Since using the services offered by Palisades, I was at one time very satisfied. Communication was prompt and any issue was resolved to all parties' satisfaction. Something has drastically changed!
