About 5-6 weeks ago, I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in right away. The same day, I drove over an hour to their office where I was prepped for a crown and was required to pay for the entire procedure up-front. They gave me a temporary crown and assured me that the permanent would arrive in 2 weeks and that they would give me a call. 2 weeks pass with no call, so I called them and the receptionist said that she needed to check its location and that she would call me back. My care was always good but recently it was clear that there might be problems. Have temporary cap for over three months and the practice is closed. The photo I’m posting is at their door. 10/10/23. Open photo. UPDATE 10/11/23 Dr. Guzak’s practice is closed. I saw Dr. Jorgensen today and had work done to get the permanent cap completed. The work provided by Dr. Jorgensen and his staff was exceptional. Their understanding of the situation with regard to this unfortunate situation was evident. I’m grateful.

I hope to revise this review upon resolution of my predicament, but something is amiss. Dr. Guzak has seemingly disappeared. I've been waiting for a replacement crown for weeks. The temporary crown is long gone. I've been calling for days, no answer, VM is full. I happened to pass by there today and I did not see Dr. Guzak's black SUV. I was in a hurry, so I didn't stop. I called Palm Springs Dentistry with a dental emergency and they were able to see me the next day even though I had no history with them. What a relief. The doctor was able to identify my problem, do some adjustments, prescribe an antibiotic, and put on a temporary crown. When the permanent crown came in, I braced myself for the same disappointment I've had for 40 years. It would be longer, thicker, whiter than my other teeth. I had an appointment at 2:00. I didn’t have to wait. The hygienist was new and introduced herself as Gracie. She was very efficient and knew her job well. I commented on how gentle she was while she did my cleaning. Sarah, the receptionist, was very polite and cheerful. I was very happy with the services I received and look forward to my next visit.
