Super convenient to the Palmetto Dunes resorts. Carries a bit of everything, from bulk candy to milk to souvenirs. Easy walk or bike ride from all resorts so it's great in a pinch. A bit pricey considering there is a Kroger 5 minutes down the road. I paid $9 for bacon. However the kids loved the bulk candy selection and it was nice to stop at after spending the day on the beach.
What a fun store! Like 7-11 but better and probably not open all night. This store has everything; candy bulk bins, self-serve frozen yogurt, flip flops, bread, sunscreen, and the list goes on. If you need anything while staying at Palmetto Dunes, you'd probably find it here.
Great little convenience store with a large selection of tshirts, bumper stickers, etc. and delicious hot food in the back. Definitely worth stopping in if you're staying around Palmetto Dunes.
Excellent place...the best part is the almost hidden fresh food counter at the back of the store...i can almost certainly say that their fried chicken was one of the best and cheapest we had while vacationing in the south(and we did have more than our share of southern fried chicken) The folks here are good too...another great feature is that they have some seats in the front, where U can ve food while people watching or catching up with friends...we r definitely going here if & when we go back to HH...!
Super handy store to have just around the coner from the pricy Marriott store. This place carries some of everything, and serves food! From a window in the back. But come here for your sunscreen, hats, books, newspapers, bandaids and pretty much anything else you may need on a moments notice while on vacation here in Hilton Head. The prices are very reasonable as well.
If you are staying in Palmetto Dunes and need to get something quick and don't want to make the drive out of the area, this is a great spot! It has all the basics, from groceries to personal items, souvenirs, and even quick meals. You may pay a little more for an item, but the convenience factor is worth it!
Great place to walk to for a quick bite to eat, ice cream and a drink. It is right off of the bike path, so you can ride, walk or run to get here. The food they serve is just about what to would expect to find at a little shop like this. Don't set your expectations too high, and you'll be just fine.
This place is cluttered and full of cheap crap not the type of store I'd expect to find in the middle of a nice resort. I guess "general store" is what threw me off. It's like one of those creepy gas station convenient stores that you find in a scary small backwoods town. Alas, it has aspirin, frozen pizzas, alcohol and icecream, so if you find yourself in a pinch it's around the corner.
Great soft serve, as much as you want for 2 dollars!
