I had a great week playing tennis at Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball. Everyone was professional and organized. They had a good policy with COVID-19 with masks and social distancing. Eric, the head tennis professional, gave me a wonderful lesson and my volleys have markedly improved. He helped me understand my contact point for the volleys and made them cleaner and more powerful. This is a great place to play pickleball on Hilton Head Island. There is organized round robin play seven mornings a week from 10 to 12 on 16 dedicated pickleball courts. There were never leass than 32 people signed up for each day we played (we played everyday we were there). Pro Mark Anders does a great job of matching up players by level so you end up with 2 hours of continuous play with a variety of different people.

Round robins are great when run well. Dino follows the rules while Noah let a beginner child (under 13) play and had him staying with his friend/partner...screwed the whole system up today..not fun! Then she told me I was ugly for not wanting to accommodate the child! Noah has her issues apparently. More fun with adults only. I'm looking to play with like skills adults, not 8-9 year old beginners!

Outstanding on all fronts. Patrick and Eric are superior teachers. Clinics are high energy with lots of pinpoint instruction. They constantly teach in a way that enables players to start to use what they are teaching right away. In addition to hitting a lot of tennis ball, you will laugh with these guys as they run you ragged. Best tennis professionals I have ever worked with.

Wonderful facilities and great instruction. Eric was excellent and Janet and Myra in the pro shop were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to attend tennis clinics there in the future!

Outstanding tennis and pickleball facility! Clinics, classes for kids, round robins...the options are endless! Every instructor was professional, friendly and very skilled! Special shout out to Nancy teaching fabulous clinics for pickleball and Patrick teaching an amazing cardio tennis class! Loved it all and can't wait to return one day.

this place USED to be the crown jewel of HHI tennis but NO MORE!!! half the hard truth courts have little or no dressing in them. nets have holes the fences have open areas at thr bottom that loe the balls to go out. half the water fountains dont work and the bathrooms are out of order gotta use porta john. they CLEARLY value pickleball more, just follow the money. they used to care about tennis but noe they make more money from pickleball. go play tennis in Sea Pines much better experience

This is a fast paced drill session that is geared toward more advanced players. My husband and I had a beginner's intro to Pickleball lesson. It was a small group (total of 6 of us) and Reggie was an AWESOME instructor! He is super passionate about the sport, very patient, and explained everything very well. We really enjoyed our class and look forward to hopefully many more! Thank you Reggie!
