Nicer than expected The home was very clean with new carpeting. We did find a couple of dead bugs but I guess they were dead which is a testament to the spray they used :) I assume they would have been found if someone did a walkthrough of the house the day we took possession. the pool’s spa couldn’t be separately heated up which didn’t make sense but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the pool. Beach Stay-cation Location was great, quiet neighborhood, the home was definitely up to our expectations, great bike ride to the beach. This was our second visit and we would go back again.
