Few days in Hilton Head Property is exactly as pictured. The patio and accompanying view were awesome. Great place to watch boats and kayaks. The beds were comfortable and the unit was equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. My only complaints include the master shower head being difficult to operate/sprays water all over the place, and is very loud at times.. also, the black rug in the living area turns your feet, socks black..

Perfect Family Oasis We enjoyed a wonderful week at 1 Upwind thanks to the meticulous care and preparation of our VRBO homeowners, the Moser Family. Their home is absolutely beautiful and the setting on a quiet road with a lagoon in the backyard gave our family both fun and relaxation in a private setting with all the fun of Hilton Head Island just a few blocks or a few miles away. We would highly recommend staying at 1 Upwind.
Love Palmetto Dunes Really liked the place, very clean, nicely decorated. We enjoyed the back porch, we always had a nice breeze. The only thing that should be taken care of is the the back porch furniture needs replaced. We kept getting paint chips on us and a friend cut his leg on one of the chairs.

It was very nice to have our own pool since beach access was not as easy. (Bikes are a must.) The kitchen is very well stocked so it was easy to grill and eat there.
