Large and Roomy with Good Location Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is large and has ton of space to hold a good number of guests. The pool was a bit messy and so was the furniture. Inside the house was very outdated. Tiles loose and random holes. Needs a little TLC.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The house was clean and in good condition. Parts of the house could use some love. Only problem was the low water pressure in the shower. The water kind of dribble over you.
12 Cartgate Outside of property was seriously lacking proper maintenance. Pool had not been cleaned - trash and in and around outside trash storage room - siding rotted and fallen off Inside while dated was nice and spacious and had been cleaned properly Normal paced walk to beach took at least 20 minutes without lugging any beach gear Will not be staying at this location again
Golf getaway for 8 ladies! Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 8 of us, we played 3 days of golf, house and location was great.I think a backup of paper towels was needed, along with coffee filters. TV/internet service not good. Back yard a mess, trash not taken!

We enjoyed the deck, but furniture needs new cushions with padding. The grounds, pool and location are all excellent.

Disappointed in Property Palmetto Dunes was a very nice resort, the rental property however was in need of some TLC. During a rain storm the skylight in the living room leaked, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, and the house in general needs touched up and upgraded. There was hair in one of the showers when we got there, as if the shower was not even cleaned. Not happy at all with the state of repair of the property.
