27 Fazio The condo itself was good. The decor and furniture was older but the place was very clean. The issue I had was trying to get friends to come have dinner with us and the difficulty it was to get them through the gate! We ended up having to drive outside the gate & pick them up. They did not have enough trash bags so bring your own.

Wonderful Villa! We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. The furnishings were very tasteful, everything felt open and airy. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in morning after a run on the beach, as well as walking to the General Store and the Dunes restaurant. Great location and a great place to stay.
We just loved our stay. The condo was beautiful very roomy loved the view of the ocean and we didn’ The property was beautiful very roomy views were wonderful. Condo had everything u could need First time we stayed there and can’t wait to go back next year. None of us wanted to leave!!
Mint Condo with all the amenities We had a beautiful and memorable stay in this pristine oceanfront property. The condo is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. It has every amenity a family could need or want. We started our day with coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and ended it in the same place gazing at the stars. Pool and jacuzzi area very clean as well. We can't think of a better place to spend quality time with those you love!

Great family vacation, beautiful location. The condo was excellent, clean, beautiful location and well maintained. We had small children with us so if Coligny Circle had been closer it would have been perfect but it was a short drive away. Everyone had a great time.

Amazing week in Hilton Head thanks to this VRBO owner! From arrival to departure Bill was very responsive to our needs. Starting long before we arrived we received a document from him with in-depth information about the home, but also things to do in HiltonHead, suggestions on transportation, bike rental, restaurants, etc. He checked on us upon arrival to assure everything was as expected and provide any additional information needed.
