Refreshing retreat! This house provided us exactly what we needed for our family retreat. It is convenient to Hilton Head's many things to do, but it felt like you were in a remote location when you at the house. It is very quiet with many amenities. The pool was refreshing and an oasis. The views in the background were also outstanding. I would recommend this house for anybody looking to get away to Hilton Head!

Excellant location and updated beautiful condo We own several rental properties and have not been able to find a property that holds a candle to ours until this one. Very well updated, decorated and comfortable. Only suggestion we would offer is t ok supply more wash cloths, towels. Also would have been nice to have had wine glasses. We would definitely rent again. Stay was wonderful!
2021 Family Vacation First I want to mentioned that we (family) have been going to Hilton Head Island for the last 20 years. This is the third year in a row that we have rented a house. All three were in Palmetto Dunes, just a block from each other. I would say this home had a few more cons then the homes the prior two years. The AC units were great so we were very comfortable. Family Beach Vacation The home is very nice. Great location close to the beach. Very nice layout for a larger group with children as the main family areas are away from the bedrooms allowing the little ones to nap without being disturbed. Lots of beach equipment there to use. Home owner responded quickly to a couple of issues. Would recommend, particularly if your group has small children.
Awesome condo!! We recently stayed in this condo for spring break. It was fantastic and included everything we needed and more. We had perfect weather with great access to the pool and beach. Myself, my 2 children and my parents were very comfortable in this spacious, updated, newly furnished condo. We can't wait to come back!!
