Property description not accurate The description of unit says: pull out couch, no it doesn’t and we were counting on that bed. The half bath door did not shut properly or lock. Was very inconvenient. The downstairs bedroom was listed as having 2 twin beds and it had the king bed. My elderly mom was with us and could not do the stairs so she had to share a bed with me. Hampton Place 5108 It would be difficult to find a better view of the ocean and enjoy the luxury of this Hampton Place Condo. Everything was as as advertised and of course Palmetto Dunes offers a beautiful environment with many opportunities for fun family activities. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to stay! We have stayed in Hilton Head on Palmetto Dunes for over 30 years. This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms. It even had beach and pools supplies. The view was beautiful. Close to the pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more! A wonderful visit!
Outstanding! This home is beautiful and so well maintained. It worked out perfectly for our family and the owner was just a delight to work with. I would recommend it highly.
Wonderful! Wonderful vacation rental with something for everyone in the family! Fishing, swimming and a short bike ride to the beach.
Clean Condo. Great views as well. This is a great Condo that has been updated. It offers great views. WEfelt comfortable and were able to relax after a day at the beach. This Unit is worth considering when looking for a vacation with great views and updated throughout.
Love Palmetto Dunes but the house was not well cleaned The housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning. There was a cup under a chair, empty beer bottle in a drawer, trash around the trash cans which were overflowing and trash by the front porch and back deck. The shower curtain liner in master bath had mold and there was no liner in one of the bathrooms upstairs. Amazing views! Great place to stay! Amazing views! Also, clean and updated. We’ve been going to Hilton Head for the last 12 years and stayed in a variety of condos throughout Palmetto Dunes and this was our favorite!
Needs some care. This unit is in a great location to the beach and the pool is right out the back door. Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful vacation destination on Hilton Head. The uniti, however, needs some care. Parts have been remodeled but, others needed maintenance. Additional kitchen supplies would have been helpful.
