Happy in Palmetto Dunes We loved this property. It is in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed biking the neighborhood and to the beach (took about 5 minutes to closest beach path). The property is impeccably maintained by the owners who are very responsive. Beautiful finishings. We loved spending every evening in the hot tub and playing pool in the upstairs rec room.
Great location! This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our 2 families. The upstairs room with the bunk beds worked out great for the 4 kids. We did not even need to use the 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor as there were only 8 of us. The house is situated in Palmetto Dunes which has beautiful grounds and easily accessible once you get to the island. fun family golf trip great condo, worked well for our 2 adult family to stay. the 2 queen beds in each room, alittle odd but would be okay for family or group dont mind sleeping in same room. not a problem for us though. played Fazio course. was not in good shape, teeboxes needed work an greens were not that good either, especially for the high green fee.

The shower head was replaced as well as the microwave and dishwasher. New patio furniture was one of the first things replaced when the new owners began the updating process.
