Great location We had a fantastic time here, Palmetto dunes is such a fun location for families. We rented bikes, played pickleball and tennis, hung out on the nearby beach and swam in the pool which was right next-door. We normally would play golf also but ran out of time. We can’t wait to come back again. Condo was well-equipped, clean, and roomy. The only suggestion I would have which is small, would be to have some basic spices like salt and pepper etc. so that if you are there for a short stay you don’t have to load up ... read more
Highly recommend The house and surrounding areas were extremely clean. Check in and check out was easy. The house looked even better than pictured. They have a shuttle that’s exceptional to get you to places. Highly recommend.
Beautiful updated villa Absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was renovated, neat and clean. Great attention to detail! We loved that there were 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. No one had to share a bed! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers on the Fazio Course. Short walk to the pool. About a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.

Perfect floorplan and location Fergvacation property manager was excellent with Pre-arrival info and help. Floorplan creates two “suites” which was great for the couple with baby. We used the kitchen a lot; the porch was great in the morning; beds were comfortable and super convenient to golf and tennis.
