Awesome condo!! We recently stayed in this condo for spring break. It was fantastic and included everything we needed and more. We had perfect weather with great access to the pool and beach. Myself, my 2 children and my parents were very comfortable in this spacious, updated, newly furnished condo. We can't wait to come back!!

Danke für alles! More than excellent! Four Germans golfers - parents with daughter and her husband- stayed two wonderful weeks in this perfect vacation home. Flooded with sunlight, clean, tastefully furnished, very well equipped (espacially the kitchen) and so much room - in Germany everything is tiny ;-) - we felt comfortable from the first moment. First visit to Hilton Head I really can not say enough about our wonderful vacation in your lovely home. This was my husbands' and I first visit to Hilton Head. We fell in love with the area and with this vacation rental. We have had many beach rentals over the years and this is the nicest by far. Spacious and beautiful home away from home! The description provided in this listing is accurate and is complete with details! The home is nestled in Palmetto Dunes and is a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Upon our arrival, it was nice to find the home already stocked with essentials like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo/conditioner so we did not have to rush out to the store after a long car ride. AMAZING! Our family of four stayed at Bill and Susan's 1 Upwind home and absolutely loved it! The home is so spacious and bright. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy and master BR has a magnificent view. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Our family loved playing pool and watching the baseball playoffs at the same time on the large TV in the game room. Beautiful Home with Amazing View! My husband and I had a relaxing visit at 1 Up Wind. It didn’t take us very long to feel at home. We enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the beautiful lake and discovering the wildlife living around the lake. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The short drive or relaxing walk to the beach was very nice. Some of our favorite restaurants we discovered during our visit to Hilton Head were the Sea Shack, Hudson’s and the Boathouse. We can’t wait to go back to 1 Up Wind!
Summer 2013 Vacation My husband and 25 year old son spent a few weeks at 1 Up Wind. We loved it! Bill and Susan couldn't have been more accommodating and available to us...The home is sun filled and comfortable. Plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen was so well stocked - we wanted for nothing...We would highly recommend this beautiful home.
