Spectacular Vacation Condo! We had a wonderful vacation stay. The condo has a great layout with ocean views from almost everywhere in the home...including the master shower! Very comfortable with several sitting areas with plenty of room. The pool was great, as well as, the grill by the pool. We used it several times. It does seem the fire pit has now been turned into a chess board...so don't spend too much time trying to see flames shoot thru the tiles! Another Great Getaway Excellent trip. Bill and Susan outdid themselves with their attention to detail. This was our second trip to 1 Upwind. What a beautiful, private and spacious home. It suited our large group well with good separation between each bedroom and bath. A canopy of live oaks cover the property. We really enjoyed the pool, spa, and lake views. Great holiday get away We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for new years. The house had a great layout for two families, made up of 4 adults and 5 kids. The owners were extremely helpful throughout and made sure everything was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were heated just right for a chilly January stay in Hilton Head and Bill was so kind to mail back some items we accidentally left there. The group is already talking about going next year.
Above & Beyond! Booked this home for five couples attending a wedding on the island. From the get go the owners, Bill & Susan could not have been more responsive and helpful. Throughout the booking process and for my many questions leading up to our arrival, they were prompt, courteous and extremely willing to offer assistance. Great Golf Vacation Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo. We were in Hilton Head for a large golf tournament. The layout was great for the two couples and our daughter. The living room furniture, especially, and the beds were very comfy. My daughter did say that one of the beds in the double room had a small dip in it, but it was still very comfortable. Fabulous place to stay! We could not have been more pleased staying in this house and all the personal touches made our stay that much better. The house is tastefully decorated and so spacious that our family of 12 was extremely comfortable during our 4 day stay. Between the indoor and outdoor spaces, every bit of this house is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Without a doubt I would recommend this house to my friends and look forward to returning again in the future.
Boot Camp graduation Although the property was a decent distance from Parris Island, it was the perfect property to allow the different family members their individual privacy but allow everyone to enjoy each others company. The property was neat, clean, and we'll organized with everything that you would need to include great instructions on how to use all the property's amenities. The property is also located just minutes from the beach and centrally located in the middle of everything Hilton Head has to offer.
Amazing!! We just spent 8 days at this amazing condo & couldn't have been happier!! This condo was exactly as described & pictured- actually even better! There were 4 adults & our 7 yr. old granddaughter & there was plenty of room. The decor is beautiful but comfortable. The ocean views were awesome!
