It was ok Good afternoon, I had contacted the resort itself to let them know that we were supposed to have a washer and dryer in the unit, and the washer was not working properly. I visited the front desk to let them know and a maintenance guy came out, and said he was unable to fix it and they’d have to contact someone to come out and look at it because he was unable to fix it. A needed relaxing getaway We couldn't have been more pleased with the condo, it was very easy to check in and get settled in for the week. The property is very clean and even has a deer mascot that visited most mornings. The beaches were clean and not very crowded. Tevis (owner) was very responsive with questions and even updates on rules of the island. Everyone at the resort was very respectful of social distancing. We would most certainly return to this place. We are even talking about returning later this year.

Peaceful Home Away from Home You can read all the other reviews--it's all true. I'll share a few of my personal favorites about this home: when you order crab legs you'll have all you need to get cracking! The kitchen was exceptionally appointed with beautiful serving dishes. My family named me a gourmet chef by weeks end! All the rooms are resort quality and the upstairs den was enjoyed by my teen son who emerged only to swim and eat. Quick Beach Trip Property was enjoyable. Coffee and breakfast off the back deck looking at the lagoon was a great start to the day. House has many extras that aren't in description, 4 bikes, books and games, beach chairs to use to name a few things. Cooked at home 2 nights and out 2 nights, gas grill was helpful. Master bed was a little uncomfortable, 2 doubles a little small so the girls crashed on the couches. Island get away Overall this property met our needs, however the cleanliness should have been better.
Awesome family vacation! We loved our time in Hilton Head! We really enjoyed this property and worked great for our 4 adults and 5 kids! We enjoyed biking to beach each day and the pool is right next to property. I loved sitting on back deck and seeing golf course and feeling secluded. We had some issues with all the stove top burners working and vacuum picking up sand debris. These did not majorly impact our wonderful stay nonetheless. Thanks for great memories ❤️
