Great customer service and professional installation. This company has been quick to respond to all of my questions and our salesman can be reached by text message at any time. The installers came at the exact time they quoted and were done when they said they would be. Every step of the installation was explained and the installers left our property spotless. Staff is knowledgeable and patient while explaining the process to non solar folks ! I feel that I have up to date equipment and Palmetto will keep my system current and working properly.
The company it self it is very good. Customer service are very knowledgeable and very cooperative. I do not have any issues with palmetto. My only issue that I have going solar is that I am paying more for solar. Before going solar I was paying between $80 to 120 in light bill. On solar I’m paying close to $140 and about $13 light bill. So it was an increase in my energy bill. Other than that palmetto is a good company to go solar

I was thrilled in my experience getting my solar panels installed. I got clear explanations at every step of the process. None of it seemed over my head. All of my questions were answered. I had regular follow ups as the install went thru permitting and install. Even when small things came up, it felt like a priority to them to get it handled quickly to resume smooth progress. I’m buying a second property and plan to use them again for this other property also.

I have worked with many contractors the past year, remodeling my home. Palmetto is one of only two that delivered exactly what they stated. I am very please with the work, communication and follow up with Palmetto. From start to finish the materials workmanship and communication has been over the top.
