From the first time meeting with the sales rep, to all the other follow up contacts and question calls I placed, everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. All the numbers worked out just as I was told. No hidden costs. I can't believe the installers came out and removed the snow from my roof to install the panels. Palmetto handled everything! They coordinated all of the paperwork, permits and installation. And, they communicated the status of the project timely. Installation crew did a great job working in cold and snowy conditions. Very happy with our decision to use Palmetto for our solar system.

Everything was completed and ready for installation of our solar panels and the pandemic hit. We were postponed several months. However, Palmetto keep in contact with us and kept us informed of our status. Once our panels were installed (which was a very easy process), there was great follow up to ensure all things were correctly in place. I've have consistently seen a decrease in my electric bill. Palmetto Solar, had no problem working with this company. Instillation went smooth, it seems it took longer then I anticipated, but that’s because never seen one done. I’m satisfied with the outcome. Have saved money to date. I haven’t paid my Electric Company any money since I went on line January 2020 to present. I’ve been told that my panels are over achievers.
