If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been a long time customer of Palms West Animal Hospital and today was the last straw. I’ve heard excuse after excuse and I’ve been through all of their turnover with employees only to hear for the last 3-4 years how understaffed they are. I’m done. I pay a lot of money every 4-6 weeks because my pup has severe allergies only to get a new vet doctor today to tell me that the regular protocol that I have been following for years she didn’t feel comfortable giving her because the steroi... read more
