I have been going to Palm West Veterinary Hospital before it was a 24 hour place. All my dogs Dr. Grossman has seen for the past 9 years I think we are going on. He is an honest doctor, he tells you how it is. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He now has a huge staff that are very experienced and have a bedside manner. If you want a place where you are going to get the best care for your animal this is the place to go.
When this facility opened, I was in need of an affordable vet for my Jack Russell Terriers. A couple were rescue dogs, and Dr Grossman had a coupon for "first visit free" in the local papers. I was so grateful, made me able to provide needed medical care for the rescues. Plus, Dr Grossman has a Jack Russell himself, so is familiar with this quirky breed, and shared stories about his little girl. I came today for the first time in an emergency situation, and I met the most compassionate helpful staff, not to mention the doctors. Such wonderful care for a terminally ill dog! Kudo's to all of you!!
