Something changed or someone else took over this vet 1-2 years ago or so and it has been for the worse! The prices are astronomical and their hours are constantly changing so they’re even unreliable. We took our 2 dogs in for diarrhea and spent $550-and thought the fecal sample we had to collect were included in such a high price. Went to drop samples off and were told it’s an additional $45 per dog to send out. BUT I was then called and told they made a mistake and it’s actually $110 per dog!! My dog and i was recently attacked by another dog when i took my dog to them to get a checked up on i was told a short wait. Meanwhile multiple other clinets and waiting over an hour i was told to wait because im a none emergencies. And if i didnt want to wait i had to make an appointment. Mind you woth an appointment your going still wait

I've completed several TNRs and this place was a complete waste of time. I called in advance and was given confirmation to fix a small mother that was in my neighborhood. I called and confirmed prior to trapping her as I wanted to minimize the time she would be away from her kittens. Fast forward 30 hours and I'm in their parking lot waiting for an hour being told that we will be handled as soon as possible. I recently brought my dachshund in who was having hind end problems and couldn’t walk. They said she just had an upset stomach. They just sent me on my way. I called them back and to let them know she was worse they said to just let her meds kick in. Thank god I didn’t listen to them and took her to a specialist she’s going into back surgery today.
Super expensive and never found for sure what was going on with mu Baby Luca. Would never go there, only took him because it had an emergency situation, but if I had a next opportunity I would take my fur-baby to other hospital. 💔
This place is a sick joke. They don’t care about animals!!! If I could give negative stars I would give negative 1 million plus. And it still wouldn’t be enough ... my fiancé and I brought our sweet Gizmo (Jack Russell Terrier/Maltese) to this horrid place on Sunday evening. He was beyond sick. We had just left Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital and they tested for parvovirus, but the test was negative so they sent us to Palms West... anyway... we carried our baby in and were seen almost immediately... but it did no good... th... read more
