RecommendedMy wife and myself had a family emergency with our fur baby -Chelsea-a 12 year old female shih tzu . She could not stand up from her hind legs & kept falling over when she tried to walk. On Monday, June 17th, our beloved dog, Reese, passed away unexpectedly at approximately 10:30pm. Our regular veterinarian’s office was closed. As you can imagine, in our time of grief, I searched to find an emergency vet that was open. I called Palms West Veterinary Hospital (24 hour emergency hospital). Their employee was so kind and sympathetic. She said we could bring Reese anytime that night, as they are open all night. Glen, Neil, Melissa, Ira & the team at Palms West Veterinary Hospital have been our saving grace when it comes to our pets for the last ~15 years. Beyond their professionalism and passion for what they do, what separates them from the rest of the veterinarians i've ever been to is their compassion and genuine love for animals.

They have an amazing staff and I must tip my hat to both Dr. Grossman’s. Neil is our vet their but when we first brought our 19 month old Golden Retriever there we were fortunate to have father and son meet her. Dr. Neil Grossman has been serving as her doctor and Thank God for him. He has been nothing but amazing with the care and compassion he has given to Belle. I highly recommend this practice to all, they are truly there for your/our four legged friends with the utmost care. Thank you Dr. Grossman and staff
