I'd like to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ira Grossman, the other doctors at Palms West, and all the kind, patient staff who did everything they could to try to save my best friend, Rascal. Rascal was a beautiful 10-year-old Siamese cat I'd had since he was a kitten. He was my constant companion and a much loved part of our family. Dr. Shahady is one the most caring attentive vets I have ever met. He took such great care of my cat, Olivia. I highly recommend him to anyone needing emergency vet care or a vet for your pets general care as well. Staff was amazing also.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Palms West Veterinary Hospital. They were very attentive to the needs of my cat who went through a really rough time. When some of her staples came out a couple of days later they did everything they could to make sure she was cared for. Everyone in the office is so nice and you can tell how much they care about every animal that comes through their door. Thank you PWVH for taking such great care of our Essie, I know she appreciates it too!
I took my dog, Angel there, she swallowed a scarf! When I brought her in the Vet tech took her, and immediately took her in the back to see the Vet. I didn’t even finish the paperwork, I heard a cheer:) their quick action, a shot, made her vomit. Had they waited much longer Angel would have needed surgery! When they, the Vet and Tech brought her out, they both sat on the floor petting her, calming her. The Loving knowledgeable staff! Nobody likes taking pets to the vet, When it comes to Palms West they seem to truly care & take time with you as well as your fur baby. I’m am a proud neurotic of 3 dogs lol & they may not have all the fancy bells and whistles.. I’ve been to all of those. I find the care kindness & concern to be amazing. Dr. Grossman has an amazing group working for him. 🐶🐶🐶 Special personal kudos to Dr. Kelleher, Robin for ALWAYS finding time for my boys.
I have been taking my dog there for a while, then it came to where my dog was very sick and they would very nice and help me out so much I've bank every one of you all for your kindness and consideration ,RIP MARINO
I switched my Guide Dog to this group one year ago. The staff is professional and friendly. We are happy to have this group.
