Great staff, great prices, convenient hours 8 am - 8 pm, plus onsite vet for 24 hour emergencies, 7 days a week. Love this place, Very caring staff.
Very kind and compassionate folks. Took care of our boy who dislocated his hip jumping off a couch. Doctor Shaff and the vet assistant explained everything to us as they went along. This was our second visit there and, no offense meant, but hopefully our last!
We brought our 12 year old GSP in today and couldn't have been happier with the care and treatment we were shown. The vet and vet tech took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Even though they were dealing with several emergencies at the time, we did not feel rushed or any less important and Dr. Grossman listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Our girl is on the mend now and I would recommend their practice to anyone in need of an emergency vet, or a new vet.
I cannot say enough good things about this place... The staff are wonderful, to me and my cats. Very kind, patient, and loving to the animals. Care is affordable. And the 24 hour care is so helpful! I live 30+ minutes from Palms West, and I make the drive because it's so worth it! Haven't found a better place, ever. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

This is my first post, I think. I would like to give a big shout out and special thank you, to the doctor and staff at Palm's West Vet Hospital! I used them once before at 3am for an emergency. Our regular vet is Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital. My 4 month old puppy who I rescued from someone in a group (owner surrender) vomited and had diarrhea all over the house this morning. The staff is amazing! They were doing hurricane clean up and stopped to get me kitty tranquilizers when I showed up thinking they were opened even though they weren't and all systems were down.
