We were referred to Pam as the goto mortgage person as we needed a loan done right and fast. She took it on and was ready a week earlier than agreed. Closing was quick and smooth. She has a great staff that does what is needed gets it done. Communication was great as well. I didn't even meet her until closing as we were coming from out of state.
We thoroughly enjoyed Pams service and her team. Would highly recommend her to anyone. The ease of completing the loan process was great, and I would use her again.
This was our second home buy. We had a very complex mortgage situation. Pam was the only mortgage broker who would even listen to me and help me find a solution. She was an awesome communicator (we live several states apart) and was very patient and awesome at explaining things as she walked us through the process. 18months later we are in our dream home and loving it!! Pam is the best! You will not be disappointed!!
I cannot find the correct words to explain my experience with Pam and her whole team. Simple words will not do justice. I cannot believe the urgency Pam had shown me. I went on line to get pre approved not thinking i would hear something back as soon as i did. With in less then 24 hours i already got my first email back from Pam, this lady reviewed my request while on vacation.
