Personal congenial touch by Pam Baker always positive, took all the worry out of getting a loan. She finds the best rates. Treated us like family, looked out for our best interest, contacted us frequently, every step of the way. Pam was friendly and outgoing. The fact that Pam is so great to work with is for starters. Pam was available for us throughout the entire home buying process, oftentimes before and after what would be considered a normal work day. We were kept informed through each step of the transaction and what questions we had were answered promptly and accurately. Last but not least, the work that Pam and Randy put into this transaction allowed for us to close almost a half month sooner than expected.
