The first experience was the original purchase of my home in Show Low, We were relocating from out of state and had no contacts in the area. Pamela helped us through the difficult process of qualifying after a previous short sale. She was always honest and helpful through the process. This year we re-financed our property and once again the process was great.

Pam is amazing. We worked with her on our first house almost 5 years ago and knew we wanted to work with her again on our new house. She is super knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. She kept us informed troughout the loan and sale process. She went above and beyond the call of duty! We had some issues with our buyers lender and Pam was instrumental in keeping the transaction intact for both parties. She treated us pretty much like family. We highly recommend her. She's the best!

Pam and her team were great! No pressure and always available to answer the ton of questions I had as a first time buyer. I am not sure I would have purchased a house without the help from Pam Baker I did not think we could qualify and Pam worked with us to make sure we got a great rate.

Pamela came very highly recommended and came through for us in every way. She is amazingly responsive and helped us through the crazy maze of federal requirements for mortgages. New rules had come through just weeks before our application and the whole industry was struggling with them; Pamela was patient and thorough and kept at it and made it all work for us. She even managed to close a week earlier than our original plan.
