On Q Financial really hit it big with Pamela Baker. The process of buying a house went from being a stressful ordeal to a smooth flow of events because she is thorough, keeps you well informed and amazing at follow up. Pamela came very highly recommended and came through for us in every way. She is amazingly responsive and helped us through the crazy maze of federal requirements for mortgages. New rules had come through just weeks before our application and the whole industry was struggling with them; Pamela was patient and thorough and kept at it and made it all work for us. She even managed to close a week earlier than our original plan.

Listen and take notes about the clients needs and understanding of the process, when important information is sent over, copy it to the loan notes or record it to file. In our case we were asked multiple times by different people in the process to resend personal and confidential information to OnQ.
