We were moving to Arizona from out of state and first time home buyers and really appreciated all the help we got from Pam and her team. We had so many questions and felt like all of them were addressed and we were never made to feel like it was a "dumb question"! Pam and her team walked us through every step of obtaining our mortgage and we would highly recommend Pam and her team!

The first experience was the original purchase of my home in Show Low, We were relocating from out of state and had no contacts in the area. Pamela helped us through the difficult process of qualifying after a previous short sale. She was always honest and helpful through the process. This year we re-financed our property and once again the process was great.

Pam is amazing. We worked with her on our first house almost 5 years ago and knew we wanted to work with her again on our new house. She is super knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. She kept us informed troughout the loan and sale process. She went above and beyond the call of duty! We had some issues with our buyers lender and Pam was instrumental in keeping the transaction intact for both parties. She treated us pretty much like family. We highly recommend her. Pam and her team were great! No pressure and always available to answer the ton of questions I had as a first time buyer. I am not sure I would have purchased a house without the help from Pam Baker I did not think we could qualify and Pam worked with us to make sure we got a great rate.
