I'm giving the stars to yall for miscommunication with the tenants.
I left a good review before but my experience was terrible. I had high expectations for Pangea. They've managed the apartment complex less than a year and its been terrible. The property manager is rude. This experience as a tenant has been draining and depressing. Tenants that lived here for years are moving out as we speak due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism. This will be the last couple of months where I would be a tenant under Pangea.
I only stayed because of the housing market. Between pests, inconsiderate neighbors, parking issues, and utility issues, Pangea is less than ideal. This will be my last year here
