My Pangea experience has been pretty satisfactory on my end. The Property Manager (Ms. Chanel Lay) is accessible and attentive to Tenants’ needs and discrepancies. There are even routine property visits and check-ins made to better living conditions on the property as necessary, which adds to the overall Pangea experience. I’m happily situated for the time being.
I wanna give a Thanks to Chanel Clay for helping me get rental assistance and for always being on the spot when it comes to anything in the building on Austin. I appreciate you for everything that you do and keep up the good work
Ive putin multiple work orders for my tub to be painted it still isn’t completed then my neighbors dog poops on my porch by my balcony it’s ridiculous that has been reported to management done about that either
