Water is still dripping from the ceiling to the carpet. At times the carpet near the kitchen is wet. Also at times you can hear water dripping above the ceiling in the bathroom. Someone was supposed to replace a pipe on Monday but apparently that didn’t happen because the water is still dripping.
You fixed the problem.
I love Chanel is an awesome property manager with her responses! Juan did an amazing Maintenance Job on my apartment! The changes and updates were definitely needed! Christian was also helpful with setting up my maintenance appointment. I am so happy! Angela and Courtney from the Resident Care Team did great with accommodating my needs.

I am grateful and appreciative to have Pangea Real Estate as my new property management. Chanel Lay who is my Property Manager is very punctual on helping her tenants. I love that she is helpful and responsive to our needs. Pangea made rapid changes as soon as they took over. Even the customer representatives are extremely responsive. Service was ok just that the person that came out to fix my water issues on Monday couldn't fix the shower said he would come back on Tuesday or Wednesday showed up on Thursday no explanation given.
The building is infected with mice and roaches. I wasn't told this I had to find out after I moved in. Pangea is the worst I've lived or rented from so far
