Never answer the phone and rudeness
My gutters connected to my front window have been causing water to leak into my living room & I put in a work order maintenance came & said he needs to come back to finish the job inside my unit . The maintenance person has been promising to come & repair for the last few months & has NOT come to do the work. He claims that there is so much work. So what I interpreted from that is my situation is less important than what other work has to be done. WTH That’s unprofessional I NEED MY UNIT REPAIRED
