I recently had my entire house carpeted and couldn't be happier with the results. Jesse and his brother were the installers . They were friendly, helpful moving furniture and left my house immaculately clean. From my initial contact with their Hyannis store, site planning with Tom and Aaron, and the final installation Paramount 's serviced was exemplary !

We bought the waterproof flooring, they were fast and did a great job. One thing to let people know, however..... they told us the dogs would love it because it’s softer and warmer. While that was true, my German Shepherds were wiping out on the floor. Extremely slippery for dogs. I had to go out and buy throw rugs so they could walk on them. They go out of there way to avoid stepping on them. Just to give you a heads up
We needed quality carpeting for home in Boston. Our decorator suggested we look at Paramount Rug in Brockton. What a terrific, talented group of guys!!! Their store was filled with beautiful rug and flooring styles for us to choose. The prices were very competitive!! Their installers led by LUIS, were very helpful, moving our furniture, after the installers vacuumed the newly installed carpets. I had the opportunity to work with Sean from your company. I needed a new floor for our new cottage. With living off the Cape, I anticipated a very stressful situation. Sean showed, via email, me lots of options and stayed within my budget. He also coordinated the installation very quickly. The floor came out beautiful. My Summer rentals are in for a pleasant surprise. Great customer service.

We were so pleased with an earlier purchase, that we went with Paramount again, and were not disappointed. We purchased flooring for another room and also had a rug cleaned.
