Used Paramount Rug since 1976 when I got married. Still warming my toes on an Oriental purchased in 1977....helpful, good prices and timely installation....used them in every house I've owned...wouldn't go anywhere else..thanks Paramount!

Purchased wall to wall carpet two yeas ago and the uneven ridges never got fixed. Poor workmanship and they never got back to fix the worst installation I have ever seen. Run don’t walk away.

You purchased your carpeting on 5/21/2014, and we installed it on or shortly before 6/20/2014. You called us for a re-stretch on 9/14/2016. Our installation warranty is for 2 years from the time of installation, you agreed to have us re-stretch your carpet at cost. We did that on or shortly before 10/4/2016. This is how our rug was retuned to us today after we picked it up from a cleaning. The rug is ruined. One place the fibers are gone and you can see mess. Very disappointed!!
